Sauvignon blanc, a grape of French origin, owes its name to the fact that its leaves resemble those of wild vines. It therefore became known as sauvage vignon, meaning spontaneous vineyard.

Distinctive vegetal and herbaceous notes characterise Sauvignon Blanc I.G.T. Dacastello, a pleasant and immediate white wine, with fresh notes and an interesting vibrancy of aromas.
