Fine and lightly aromatic, Sauvignon Törggelen Le Clivie is fully in line with the Trentino Alto Adige wine tradition. Grown at 400 metres above sea level on a sun-drenched high plateau bordering on the famous South Tyrol Wine Road, Sauvignon Törggelen Le Clivie is the product of a terroir with a strong winegrowing vocation.
In tribute to South Tyrolean tradition, its name refers to the grape pressing celebrations, an old country custom celebrated today in the region’s cellars and inns.
