Passerina Terre di Chieti I.G.T. Dacastello originates in the southern part of Abruzzo, in the area between the Frentane hills and the Medio Sangro. The breezy influence of the Adriatic Sea in this area gives the wine its characteristic savouriness.

A crisp white wine with a pleasant minerality, the name Passerina originates from the fondness of sparrows for its deliciously sweet grapes, passerina being the Italian word for sparrow.
